How to Order
U.S. and Canada
Serengeti's products are sold direct
to end-users and through authorized resellers. Orders
from end-users or authorized resellers may
be placed by telephone, fax, or e-mail.

Payment
Telephone orders paid by credit card or COD
usually ship the same day. We accept
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. COD or company
check payment is accepted for U.S. addresses
only.
Prepayment by company or personal check is
permitted when mailed to us in advance. Contact
us by phone or e-mail to confirm availability
and your final price.
Purchase orders from U.S. firms may be faxed
or e-mailed. A statement of credit and banking
references is recommended and may avoid delays
in processing your order. Contact us by phone
or e-mail to confirm availability and your
final price. Purchase orders, faxed or e-mailed,
from Canadian firms may be accepted by prior
arrangement. Hard copy confirmation by mail
is not required. Orders placed by purchase
order are usually shipped the same day the
PO is received.
Shipping
All prepaid orders are shipped via Airborne
Express overnight unless you requested otherwise
otherwise we'll use Airborne's two day service.
All COD orders are shipped via FedEx priority
or two-day service. (Shipping and handling
charges are added to your order.) Exact shipping
charges may be billed directly if you provide
us with a authorized Airborne or FedEx account
number.
International
International orders from end-users and authorized

Payment
Credit card and COD payment for phone orders
are accepted permitting same day shipment
in most cases. We accept Visa, Mastercard,
EuroCard, and American Express.
Prepayment by bank wire transfer is accepted.
Contact us by e-mail for bank routing and
accounts numbers when paying by wire, and
to confirm availability and your final price.
Orders are shipped when receipt of payment
is confirmed by our bank.
Purchase orders from firms outside the U.S.
and Canada are not generally accepted.
Shipping
All international orders are shipped via
FedEx unless you specify an alternate carrier.
Shipping and handling charges are added to
your order. Any applicable duty and taxes
are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
